Processing & Delivery Time:
Order processing: 2-3 working days
Orders placed today will be shipped on the next scheduled delivery.
Estimated delivery timeline:
Klang Valley: up to 3 working days
Peninsular Malaysia: up to 5 working days
East Malaysia: up to 7 working days
Delivery times may vary during campaigns or peak seasons.
In case of lost parcels, Polikimas will work with courier partners to investigate before reimbursement.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the parcel will be returned and additional delivery fees may apply.
