RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Polikimas prioritizes strict quality control to ensure all items are delivered in excellent condition. This exchange policy applies only to items purchased through our online store. Requests for exchange must be submitted within two (2) days from the date the item is received. Acceptable Reasons for Exchange: Item received is defective Incorrect item received Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and complete with receipt and packaging. Polikimas will inspect returned items before approving an exchange. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video upon receiving and opening the parcel. Exchange is limited to the same design and subject to stock availability. If the exchange item price is higher, customers must pay the price difference. If lower, an e-coupon will be issued for the balance. Exchange processing timeline: 7 – 14 working days after item is received. Non-Returnable Item for Exchange/Refund: Change-of-mind, damages caused by customer misuse or wear-and-tear are not accepted. Gold bars, gold dinars and diamonds are not accepted for exchange and or return. For pre-order or customize products are not accepted for exchange and or return. Estimated delivery timeline: Klang Valley: up to 3 working days Peninsular Malaysia: up to 5 working days East Malaysia: up to 7 working days Delivery times may vary during campaigns or peak seasons. In case of lost parcels, Polikimas will work with courier partners to investigate before reimbursement. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the parcel will be returned and additional delivery fees may apply. Prior appointment is required 2 – 3 days in advance. Walk-ins without confirmation may be refused if order is not ready. Orders will be ready for collection within 2 – 3 working days after purchase.
